Mr. Cavalier regularly engages in business and commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate level and in all State and Federal Courts in Texas. Mr. Cavalier represents a wide range of business clients and handles a wide variety of commercial disputes involving contracts, fraud, consumer law and deceptive trade practices, trade secrets and unfair competition. Mr. Cavalier has first chair jury trial experience in a variety of complex legal disputes. Mr. Cavalier has also served as lead counsel in a multi-national dispute arbitrated in London before the International Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Mr. Cavalier has extensive experience in real estate transactions; commercial and consumer banking; administrative law; general commercial and civil litigation ,and oil and gas litigation.
